Animal Experiences
Treating yourself or a loved one to an Animal Experience is an ideal way to support our conservation work - both here at the Park and all around the world.
AGE RESTRICTION -you must be aged 8yrs or above for animal experiences (the only exemption is group bug experience where any age can participate)
Get exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to your favourite animals at the Park with an unforgettable experience! Learn all about the quirky behaviour of our individual animals from the people who know them best: their keepers.
Animal Experiences are normally available for the species listed; however we cannot guarantee that all of the species will always be available. If you have mobility or disability issues please contact the Park before booking to ensure we can accommodate your specific needs.
Please note that the times advertised are in order to fit in with the animal's normal routine for welfare reasons and also to give the best chance of the animals engaging with you. Please telephone the Park if you wish to discuss alternative times.
Animal Experiences are for two people*.
If you are buying an experience as a gift for someone, and would like them to be able to choose a date to suit them, you can purchase an Experience Gift Voucher (see the "Gift Voucher" option on the home page).
*You can book a group bug experience for up to 15 people. No Park admissions are included so all participants must pay normal Park admission rates on arrival.
